Telehealth Maternity Care Program
Jackson Health System’s Telehealth Maternity Care Program, RHISE, provides support throughout pregnancy and up to 12 months after your baby is born — right from your home. Our team is here to help you stay healthy, supported, and connected.
Who Can Join
Pregnant or postpartum women (up to 12 months after giving birth)
- This program supports patients with high-risk pregnancy conditions, such as high-blood pressure, diabetes, or identified social needs
- Participants must live in Miami-Dade County or one of our partner counties

How It Works
- We receive a referral from your doctor or community partner
- You are enrolled in the program and contacted with next steps
- If needed, we provide the equipment required for at home monitoring
- You receive virtual support and submit daily health readings
- You continue to receive ongoing support throughout the first year postpartum
